We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment and reduce loss of income and no cancellation fee.

 

Late Arrival for Appointment will cut into your hands-on time as there is typically a client scheduled behind you and room must be prepared for next client. On your first appointment arrive 15 minutes early. After that 5-10 minutes should be sufficient. I want you to get the full experience.

 

No Show and Same Day Cancellation: Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. Please understand we are a 100% appointment based business and no-shows create a loss of income.
